我在做人脸识别相关的项目，最后提取到人脸特征后，需要与人脸库进行对比，也就是做矩阵向量乘法运算。尽管OpenCV提供了相关的矩阵乘法运算，但是效率低。不想引入过多的第三方库，请教下NCNN是否提供单独使用矩阵乘法的API或者方法，或者相关的文档也可以。

直接把代码抠出来？反正都是开源的
