Current behavior (how does the issue manifest):
There is no run button to test flows on UI on Flogo v0.9.2

Expected behavior:
This run option was there on older versions, did you discontinue it

Minimal steps to reproduce the problem (not required if feature enhancement):

What is the motivation / use case for changing the behavior?

Please tell us about your environment (Operating system, docker version, browser & web ui version, etc):
Windows, Chrome, Flogo v0.9.2
Flogo version (CLI & contrib/lib. If unknown, leave empty or state unknown): 0.X.X

Additional information you deem important (e.g. issue happens only occasionally):

Hi @neethuabacker, sorry about removing this feature! We're in the process of adding it back, it will be available with the next release of the ui. The reason it was removed in the first place was due to an app model change that rendered the state service unusable, however the state service has been migrated to the new app model and hence the test/debug feature will be making its way back!
