-Default recipes stored as .json
-Player tweaks to .json files override all modded recipes as well as vanilla recipes
-Dynamically changing recipes are possible as long as the user hasn't manually tweaked that specific recipe
-When a mod wants to change another mod's recipe, it must ask the other mod permission.
-Skill levels have impact upon quantities of items required unless the recipe specifies not to for all or a item in the recipe
-Character skill will have a huge impact upon the final product of a recipe
