Paper for BASIC_ARTICLE_PARSING.md Exercise is not open acess

For the BASIC_ARTICLE_PARSING.md the paper being used in the exercise is only available with log in and journal subscription. Perhaps consider updating this example with an alternative paper that is open access? Or is there a reason you would not want that? (Note the cite says "open access" for this paper, but clicking on the DOI or PDF link produces no result).
