Hello Matt
I'm Enrico Gabrielli, Italian. I followed a meeting a month ago with James Woolley.
I started with the script https://github.com/SpeciesFileGroup/taxonworks_api_scripts/blob/main/src/ruby/v1/2665_tsv_table_based_on_matrix_with_diverse_metadata.rb in Ruby by turning it into R, so not to do something new.
Do I post it here? Or is it better if I talk about it in chat?

Please see "Contributing" on the README for how to contribute here. In brief:

• Create a new issue in this issue tracker, in the title describe your script
• Clone this repository (see Github help if you need help, or below)
• Place your script, named "<issue_number>_<issue_title>, in a new folder in /src/r/v1/ in your repository
• Make a pull request on your repository referencing the issue
