As a data curator I need to compare the presence of strings in verbatim_ fields with verbatim_label en-masse #3943

For example,

Verbatim_latitude should not be present when not provided in verbatim_label, those values need to be in Georeference.

Concept is a linker-based report that does crude comparisons for some filter result set.
