Update Geographic area Cuba

When.i try to add area for asserted distribution for some Cuban provinces, the only options seems outdated.
Concerning "La Habana Province" and surroundings of city.

Since 2011, the wider province was divided into two new provinces, Artemisa and Mayabeque, but neither seems available options.
