At all pages of Orthoptera Species File "Animalia > Neoptera > Polyneoptera > Orthopterida" precede "Orthoptera" and the respective lower ranks. I'm thinking about introducing a few more ranks between Animalia and Neoptera to accommodate senior homonyms, which would make the irrelevant part of the sequence even longer. Would it be possible, in this case, to omit all ranks above Orthoptera?

In my project, I manage all the groups: plants, viruses, fingi. I also have all generic homonyms from all parts of anymals in the DB. So, I found it is useful to have complete classification. It does not take that much space.
