This stems from today's technical meeting.

I would like to manage data for pages in the same project as my regular lab data. However my lab data contains data that I don't want to share with public; not for directly stymying open access ethos.

Some data is copyrighted but I don't have the rights to share, some is not web friendly (large original images), some is just unvetted (locality digitization that I haven't checked).

I think it would be essential to allow for a public/private data attribute. The other option of running parallel projects, one with data for public view, the other with private data would be impractical.
