subcompositor: cached state isn't applied when a subsurface becomes effectively desynchronized #1267

If a surface's parent surface behaves as desynchronized, then the cached state is applied on set_desync.

Test case: https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/vyivel/randfall/-/blob/main/cases/subsurface_interactive_desync_with_cached.c (blue in Mutter, KWin, Weston, Sway; green in Anvil)
