Tangu is a package implemented user-mode packet filters, sniffers, Windows network analysis system tools, firewalls, and various applications to caputre/modify/drop network packets.
Tangu is based on WinPcap library that supports packet capturing API on datalink layer, WinDivert library filter driver on network stack.
This is an experimental release of Tangu.
