[FEATURE] Extract both libs and place them into packages managers

Hi,
I wonder if it was possible to extract only the ORP protocol libraries parts from both examples and place them into package managers (pip3 for Python and maybe conan for C).

It can allow programmers to easily integrate the ORP protocol in their programs and help them to save time without extracting the library each time there is a new version.
