Describe the bug

Currently, Theme Check doesn't report the absence of schema on theme app extension blocks.

However, the theme app extension is remotely validated after it's pushed, and the issue reported at that point.

Expected

Theme Check should report the absence of schema on theme app extension blocks.

Actual

Theme Check doesn't report the absence of schema on theme app extension blocks.
