shader vhs doesn't load camGa,e

i have this shader:

it load on camHud but it's black when i put it on camGame, and if i quit the camHud and put only camGame, this load. idk what to do.

i mean, the screen turns black on game, but if i quit the shader on camHud, it loads normal on camGame
