Summary

I haven't see anyone suggest this, but the Global server of Genshin also have a Cloud version only for Singapore and Malaysia. Would be nice to see that implement to the Launcher as well

Solution or Design

Add a button to open Genshin Cloud version in the Region Drop Down

Also add a separator to indicate which one is Cloud and which one is Local
