How to customize the theme colours and background

1. Is there a way to customize the theme without changing the Zep library itself? For example, I'd like to make the background colour (ThemeColor::Background) fully or partially transparent. Or: I'd like to modify the colours for keywords or identifiers (taking one of the default themes and tweaking a few values).

2. A related "theme" question -- is there a way to have the background fully transparent, but all the lines have a background? (so you can see through most places except where there is code) I saw this in a demo image, but I don't see how to do it.

Regarding my question 2, I figured out that the trick is to set the style to "minimal":

    spEditor->GetConfig().style = Zep::EditorStyle::Minimal;

Yup; that was the idea for live coding; minimal tries to make it easy to see the code you are typing, but gets out of the way as much as possible (there is also a delayed fade when you stop typing)

For (1) it was always the plan to allow modification either via commands or config. That's the reason it is isolated into the theme.cpp. I just never got around to it.
