Should provide an option again to update PyXRD automatically. Tricky bit would be to solve numpy and scipy updates as well...

perhaps use this: https://github.com/alexmojaki/outdated
to check for outdated PyXRD versions and provide a warning to the user on start-up (with an option to turn it off)
