Migrating from XF with FreshMVVM to Prism MAUI

We are in the process of migrating to MAUI from XF and whilst I do that I am also changing the MVVM library we use from FreshMVVM to Prism.

I was wondering if there was anyone here that had done that recently and wouldn't mind listing off what the gotchas were or their main pain points?
