Role

The Launcher itself

Suggestion

I want to be able to change the scale type of the catpack-images (ex. "fill", "stretch", "keep")

Benefit

Mainly for the use of whole background images

This suggestion is unique

  • I have searched the issue tracker and did not find an issue describing my suggestion, especially not one that has been rejected.

You may use the editor below to elaborate further.

With the feature to use custom cat pack images, it's kinda already possible to use entire backgrounds.
But this becomes a problem as soon as the window is resized to a resolution that is different from the image, because the rendered image will always keep the image-file's aspect ratio, therefore cutting off.

Here's an example:

With a scale-option we could for example make it so the image gets either stretched, filled, or keeps the ratio as it is now.
