Formatting is different in LaTeX generated html vs Earthref rendered html #16

There are a few formatting differences in the LaTeX generated html vs what is displayed on earthref. Boldface and italics seems to be missing, among a few other things.

When I open PmagPy.html:

What renders on earthref:

Sorry, these are not the nicest images, but you can see that PmagPy is bold in the original and not bold in the Earthref version.

@rminnett, any idea what is happening? Lisa thought this might have to do with a style file of yours.
