Hyperlinks within cookbook #1

At the moment, some of the references to other PmagPy programs within the program descriptions are hyperlinks while others are simply bold. It makes sense to go through and make them all hyperlinks. I can do this at some point.

Sure - they should all be hyperlinks. Guess I was being lazy...

I'm impressed with the \customlink command. Works great, and is a nice addition to the htlatex output.
