When installing packages with apt, it provides (per https://discuss.kde.org/t/update-duration-estimates/9530/2?u=rokejulianlockhart) a prediction for how much time installation shall require to complete. pkcon doesn't appear to provide this information, regardless of the packager interface utilized, so I have presumed that it does not provide this information. If I am correct, please implement this.
