Associating paraphyletic taxa with the nodes that subtend them

This old issue is pretty important and still open. I think it would have to be addressed in the synthesis pipeline. OpenTreeOfLife/feedback#37

Perhaps one output of synthesis could be a table mapping OTT ids of broken (paraphyletic) taxa to the nodes that subtend them. Then this could be served up from treemachine (or tm-lite) or some other service.
