e.g. ot_764 had a lot of associated data in comments that we lost on import. If we got this working, we could mine the previously uploaded files to "inject" this info back in the post-phylografter trees.

note that BEAST's tree annotation tool just uses one & at the beginning of comments.

Tip annotations are useless (i think?). Only internal annotations that are useful are support (might be "posterior" (BEAST), "prob" (MrBayes), or "label" (single property from FigTree, or etc.).
