Is the branch rotation in the tree viewer of the curator deterministic? #1296

It seems like some of the branches rotate depending on which tree is used as a source of conflict info. It would be nice if the rotation was consistent between calls. It doesn't matter how the rotation is determined, just as long as it is consistent.
