The web services on api and devapi have been extended to handle a study@tree pair in the `tree2 position.

curl -X POST 'https://devapi.opentreeoflife.org/v3/conflict/conflict-status' -d '{ "tree1": "pg_2812@tree6545", "tree2": "pg_2812@tree6546"}'

When viewing a tree, it would be nice if we could select another study/tree pair as a tree to compare with, in addition to synth and ott.
