Allow custom fields when creating Oauth Client

We want users who are creating OAuth clients to configure extra fields that will be shown to users who are creating credentials.

For example, not all adaptors require apiVersion but making it a fixed requirement forces users to specify API versions in the credential setting when it does not apply in their case.
