Docs on exporting & reporting data for compliance #456

For compliance with GDPR and DPG standard, we need to make sure we have clear docs on:

how to export PII/non-PII data
how to delete

AK to draft this for the current state, and then it will need to be maintained.

Also consider updating Security & Compliance page with links to these new docs?
