workflow tutorial updates: add screenshots & video #421

This builds off #410 and #398. We have 2 decent tutorial on docs now (http to googleshets, and kobo to dhis2).

When we have 1 video for the http tutorial - it's great. However, I think we could do more.

For each tutorial step, I think we should add a screenshot of the configuration to help people who are following the docs and not necessarily watching the video.
Maybe add a video for the kobo to dhis2 tutorial as well.

For example - a screenshot would be really nice here
