Multiple access to .mne json gives a read error

This error is mildly annoying when I'm processing more than 25 jobs simultaneously, and they all redefine the mne space to something unconventional.

The management of .mne configuration space needs to be improved in this context. I don't know if it's better to open the issue at mne or here. For now, here.
