Add Auto Sync at specific Time

Currently, you can specify an intervall after which it is synced. It would be great to specify a time of the day, e.g. 04:00 for the sync and therefore auto updates.

This would eliminate the notification during the day for updates. The notification will be there the first time you look onto your phone and that's it for the day.
