Both light mode + dark mode logos are showing on the PyPI readme:

https://pypi.org/project/multiqc/1.22/

We're using the #gh-light-mode-only thing which is GitHub specific. We should switch to the newer <picture> method, which works on GitHub and should also work on other websites (eg. PyPI).
