fasta extension is required for genomeInfo even if the contrary is documented #169

Also the output Cdb and Wdb contain extension.

I used drep 3.4 I think

The documentation/help states

  --genomeInfo GENOMEINFO
                        location of .csv file containing quality information
                        on the genomes. Must contain: ["genome"(basename of
                        .fasta file of that genome)

I understand this that the first column should be bin_name1 not bin_name1.fasta Maybe I just misunderstood it.

Maybe you could change it to

  --genomeInfo GENOMEINFO
                        location of .csv file containing quality information
                        on the genomes. Must contain: ["genome.fasta"(basename of
                        fasta file of that genome)
