There's a few great resources I know about that can help you get started on this topic. 😊
I'd recommend you start out with Grokking Algorithms by Aditya. One great way to get familiar with the topic because it uses light language and once you're done introducing yourself, you can then pick up The Algorithm Design Manual, a book by Stephen Skiena. It's the best and most comprehensive book on Algorithm design that I know about. In case you prefer video lectures, he provides them as well for free on his site here. Then for practice you can use Leetcode. They have a range of problems to help you practice along the way
