HideRestoreDialogEnabled to the settings

Please and add HideRestoreDialogEnabled to the browser settings, so users can disable that very annoying popup from happening if they choose to enable this.

That isn't that big of a deal but if users need to access system polices just for this, i think it is too much.

And also, because it disables some security features from the browser if user change things from policies level (managed browser).
