random window pops up for a split second

Describe the bug
after i installed mica with rectify 11 i noticed a random window popup for a split second and then disappear.
and only after i stopped the mica for everyone service the window didn't show up anymore.
after that i did some digging using a third party event viewer and i noticed these events pop up for a split second

Mica For Everyone does make a window but doesn't show it. I think the most likely scenario is some other app showing that window, then Mica For Everyone applying the effects to it, causing the window to be unintentionally visible.
