Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I thought ASP.NET was the installation, because .NET Core 3.1 is been said and no further explanation has been said, although it might be just me

Describe the solution you'd like
On the FAQ, you can put smth like this:
"It's not working for some reason, but you can download and install the .NET Core 3.1 **Runtime** from [this](https://dotnet.microsoft.com/download/dotnet/thank-you/runtime-3.1.32-windows-x64-installer) link to fix the problem. "
Now, if MicaForEveryone works on x32 Windows 10, then you can use the normal link instead

Describe alternatives you've considered
Add a warning part on the start of the Github texts about the .NET Core 3.1 "Yes" button doing the same as "No" function

Additional context
idk
