I’m not sure if there’s a way to manually move these views for Safari and Safari Technology Preview, but if there is it would be great to do so.

safari address bar internal icon alignement is messed up anyway, this wasn't introduced by meminime.
some icons are verticaly centered, some aren't, it's left over since the big slur new UI horror.
it's there since 11.0 release. i sent apple some feedback about it in november 2020, i'm sure it went straight to the trashcan.

When I disable MeMiniMe the alignment is much improved.

they must have corrected it recently then, i stand corrected. maybe my comment was not objective enough, since i use the setting: defaults write -g NSWindowSupportsAutomaticInlineTitle -bool false since the beginning of big sur. this is not meminime, but may produce the same result since it reduce toolbar height. with this setting i have been experiencing the same issue of address bar internal elements being misaligned since the early versions of big sur.

@j-f1 @nsklaus I have the same issue on Ventura, did you find any solution?
