兼容了 OpenAI 的 chat 对话接口

可用模型

• Atom-13B-Chat （32K）

• Atom-7B-Chat （16K）

• Atom-1B-Chat （4K）

• Llama3-Chinese-8B-Instruct（8K）

提醒：

• 不能直用官方模型名，部分模型后面补上chat，上列表是已测试成功对话的模型名称

• 最大内容长度 4K模型是4096，其它以此类推
