I realized that the code uses a function call of hp.pix2ang in summarize_opsim/SynopSim.observedVisitsinRegion which uses the parameter lonlat=True. This seems to be not there in healpy version 1.9.0 and is included in 1.11.0. We should therefore include a restriction on the version of healpy allowed.
