When describing a Work or Instance in the PCC template can the Sinopia editor dynamically suggest possible hasInstance/instanceOf URIs from Sinopia?

Penn Catalogers are interested in streamlining the Work and Instance description. We primarily test the PCC templates and from our recent study of the editor we wondered if the system might auto-suggest the hasInstance/InstanceOf URI from Sinopia?

Give an example

A cataloger has already made the Instance description and in a new tab is now about to complete the Work description. The editor suggests a URI which could be clicked on to add as the hasInstance URI.

Vice versa for the Instance, if a cataloger has completed the Work description and is filling out the Instance -- can the instanceOf URI be suggested by the Sinopia editor, the cataloger can select or confirm the choice it by clicking.

In either case, If the suggested one is not the one desired, the cataloger still has the option to search.

The current way of searching for the instance or work in Sinopia, then selecting to add.
