“top” link at the bottom of the Editor

Describe the feature you'd like

Catalogers would like a way to get to the top of the form in the Sinopia Editor (e.g. when describing an Instance through the Sinopia editor) without scrolling to the top. They have asked if a "top" link could be placed at the bottom of the editor.

A link that brings the user to the top of the page.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Users can currently scroll up. I believe we would see some time savings if they could be brought to the top without having to scroll through the form back to the top.
