The Version value in xman.json should allow developers to specify a string version to install by default, e.g. "28.0.0."

Spectre.Console's SelectionPrompt currently doesn't have a default value option, so there is no way to pre-select a value from the list of XbK versions. See spectreconsole/spectre.console#508
