Just need the ability to enter a 'cleaning mode' or 'manual mode' where flow sensors are ignored and solenoids/valves/relays are enabled. Should only be accessible via the admin/manage tap area - password protected.

Calibration mode does this. Any reason not to use that?

Mostly just an ease of use FR. Using calibration could result in saving a mis-calibrated tick number.
