videos does not play correctly and ratio is not respected

Hello,
actually intro videos do not play correctly, as you can hear in this video the sound is choppy:

I can reproduce this issue on different computers config/gpu/distribution with latest openjk git version.

Secondly: the ratio of the videos is not respected. Could you implement video ratio 4/3 to obtain a game experience and immersion similar to original game.

The stuttering sound on the intro is a known problem, but there doesn't seem to be an open issue for it so I'm reopening this. We've tried a few times to fix it, but haven't had much luck so far.

Keeping the videos at their original 4:3 is a new request too
