Low Power Disable not respected by CLI

Problem Description

When calling handbrakecli with the --preset-import-gui option and a valid --preset on a Windows machine, the disablement of low power mode is ignored:

Preferences are not part of the preset. you have to specify the lowpower option as an encoder argument with the CLI.

I've looked around for low power enablement/disablement options in CLI reference at the following address

So far as I can tell, the word "power" makes no appearance. Is there an option I am overlooking?

it's an encoder option, not a HandBrake option so it must be passed via:

   -x, --encopts <string>  Specify advanced encoding options in the same
                           style as mencoder (all encoders except theora):
                           option1=value1:option2=value2

I believe I am correctly passing this option into the handbrakecli, as it is showing up in the encoder block:

I'm attempting lowpower=0 (per @galinart below) and low_power=0 per some random documents I am finding online for the Intel Media SDK, but neither suppresses the use of low power on my Intel A380:

So, you did not mention your HW previously. The A380 supports only lowpower mode.
