ConceptMap.group.element.extension-sortOrder

We need finalize the decision whether to have an extension to maintain the Sort Order column. The ConceptMap.fsh has a sequence number (group.element[n]), but that does not use the dot notation to also recognize the structure enough to resequence into the original order completely as we did use that in the spreadsheet. Or can we just get rid of that column and let ConceptMap.fsh be the one that has the rows in the exact same sequence?
