Relates to Graylog2/support#50

We ship our Sidecar bundle with winlogbeat version 8.9.0. This is out of date and causing an issue for some customers. Now that we bundle collectors, customers are looking for us to ship updated install bundles more regularly.

Update our Sidecar bundle to include Winlogbeat version 8.12.2
