Describe the issue

From the docs:

Alternatively, users can create a script which lists the buckets and creates the appropriate objects for the directories so that the --implicit-dirs flag is not used.

Why not just include a feature in gcsfuse itself to do perform this important task? ... or include a supplemental cli tool (e.g., gcsfuse-mkdirs)?

Adding such a feature would obviate the need for each developer to create the same script.
