Set the default theme to Stark instead of Olivero when generating new site using DDEV for correct styling.

Following the DDEV install instructions, the base site builds with Olivero as the default theme. It should be set to Stark which has minimal css styles. The reason being is that Olivero interferes with DKAN's set of styles and everything looks off.

Example (fresh build which defaults to Olivero):

You can see that the base install has much larger styles as I think the REM % are off a bit. Stark looks just like how the demo site should.

In settings.php you can set the theme to be used during install I believe.
